TVS Apache 200cc Launch In 2015, Apache 250cc To Follow
TVS Motor has already been left far behind in the entry level performance motorcycle segment, not just by domestic competitors, but even by international ones. But its always better late than never and following this policy the two wheeler manufacturer will bring out its first 200cc engined product in 2015.
TVS will expand its Apache lineup to include new products ranging up to the 250cc capacity mark and the first of this will be the Apache 200cc that will debut in 2015.

During an interview with Autocar Professional TVS R&D head Vinay Harne revealed that 2015 would "see a new range of Apaches". He added, "the gap will be bridged and many products will come out to bridge the gap. We are not going to be only in the 180cc segment."
When asked whether the next product would be a 200cc Harne answered in the affirmative and concluded by saying 2 to 3 new products above 180cc and up to 250cc would be launched next year.
While we can only guess the performance of upcoming Apache models, we can be sure about the fact that they would incorporate some of the technology showcased by TVS in their Draken naked sports bike concept at the Auto Expo 2014.
TVS Draken Concept was meant to preview the future direction the company's performance oriented motorcycles would take. The Draken concept came with some interesting features such as an off-set monoshock, exhaust outlet positioned under the engine, an active matrix digital instrument cluster, full LED headlights and mud guard with integrated LED lights.
