2014 Hero Super Splendor Introduced With Updates: Price & Features

Hero Super Splendor, the 125cc category model of India's best selling motorcycle, has received an update for 2014. The fresh new Super Splendor remains mechanically unchanged though.

2014 Hero Super Splendor: What's New

The 2014 model receives new body graphics as well as new colour options - candy blazing red, graphite black, heavy grey, vibrant blue, black with fiery red, black with electric purple.

The motorcycle now comes with black alloy wheels as standard and is now equipped with side stand warning signal.

Hero MotoCorp has discontinued the disc brake variant of the motorcycle owing to low demand. Stopping power is now provided by 130 mm drum brakes at both end.

2014 Hero Super Splendor: Engine

The engine remains the same, which is a 124.7cc unit providing 9.12 horsepower at 7000 rpm and 10.35 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. The engine is connected to a 4-speed gearbox.

2014 Hero Super Splendor: Price

Ex-showroom prices for the facelifted Super Splendor is Rs 51,250 and Rs 53,735 in Delhi and Mumbai respectively.
