Mahindra Mojo Launch Rumored To Take Place In June
Mahindra Mojo. The flagship performance naked street motorcycle from Mahindra has long been denied a launch. First showcased during the Auto Expo 2012, the launch of the Mojo has been pushed back due to poor state of the company in the two wheeler market.
The Mojo's 2013 launch was pushed back once again as the company decided the bike required more work before it was fit to hit the roads. Finally, the near production ready form of the Mojo was shown to us at this year's Auto Expo, with the promise of launch soon.

A report by NDTV now puts a time frame for the launch by saying the production version of the Mojo will hit dealerships in June.
In its final form, the Mojo will look almost identical to the one placed on display at the Expo. More than one version of the Mojo is expected to arrive in the market, differentiated by use of different colour schemes.
Power will be received from a 295cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, fuel injected engine generating 27 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 25 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. A 6-speed transmission will be coupled to the engine.
Large, twin headlights with daytime running lights covered by a cowl, upside down forks, Pirelli Sport Demon tyres, radial brakes are some of the notable features of the Mojo.
The bike also gets the now trademark twin horizontal parallel gold bars from the Centuro and air deflection panels on both sides of the engine.
Expect the Mahindra Mojo to be priced under INR 2.25 lakhs on-road. The Mojo will take on the yet to be launched Pulsar 400CS, KTM Duke 390 and Suzuki Inazuma 250.
Apart from the premium performance motorcycle Mahindra will also come out with its first Pulsar rival this year, expected to be a 160cc model.
