America's most popular and oldest motorcycle manufacturer Indian Motorcycle has been revived thanks to Polaris Industries. They have currently launched several of their cruisers in India as well and plan to introduce many more.
Indian Motorcycles has now organised a ‘Dark Horse Challenge'. It is a challenge for Chicago based riders and we believe they should have something similar for their premium customers in India as well.
The motorcycle manufacturer is organising a five mile ride through Chicago along Michigan Avenue. It begins at 16:00 hours on 13th of February, 2015, which is a Friday. At the end of this ride Indian Motorcycle will launch its new 2016 Chief Dark Horse model.
This new cruiser is expected to sport a 1811cc V-Twin engine. Indian Motorcycle engineers will extract approximately 138.83 Nm of peak torque output. Originally the American manufacturer had begun building this motorcycle in 2010, however, they manufactured their last Dark Horse in 2013.
Riders who are keen on joining the ‘Dark Horse Challenge' can click on the link attached here. The entire riding fraternity can enjoy the launch of 2016 Dark Horse post their ride. Indian Motorcycle will also display several of its other cruisers. They will also showcase a few custom and vintage motorcycles as well.
The 2016 Dark Horse by Indian Motorcycle is expected to be radically different from its current offering. This new motorcycle will be launched at Progressive International Motorcycle Show during 13th to 15th February, 2015. Stay tuned as we will provide more information as we receive it.
