DSK Benelli Report Over 300 Bookings Within Weeks Post Launch
Italian origin motorcycle company Benelli launched its first five products in India on 19th March, 2015. They entered Indian market in partnership with DSK Motowheels.
It is a very scary situation for any manufacturer as they make their entry into an unknown and new market. DSK Benelli too were not sure as to how people would take to a new brand of performance motorcycles.
Now the Indo-Italian duo is proud to report they have amassed over 300 booking in a matter of weeks since launch. To take care of these bookings they are matching it up with inaugurating several new showrooms as well.
DSK Benelli currently has nine dealerships across India in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Goa and Ahmedabad. They plan on introducing more showrooms by the end of 2015.
Here is the pricing of DSK Benelli's first five motorcycles for India:
- TNT 302 - 2,83,000
- TNT 600i - 5,15,000
- TNT 600 GT - 5,62,000
- TNT 899 - 9,48,000
- TNT 1130 - 11,81,000
*all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
They plan on introducing three more interesting products in India by 2015-end. DSK Benelli will launch their TNT 25, Trek Amazonas and Keeway Blackster. DSK could scrap the Keeway Blackster, which is a cruiser motorcycle.
