Ultraviolette Automotive has achieved a major milestone after its F77 Mach 2 became the first Indian production motorcycle to complete a lap of the legendary Isle of Man TT Mountain Course. The Bengaluru-based electric motorcycle manufacturer completed the feat on June 6.

The accomplishment adds another chapter to the company's growing global presence and showcases the capabilities of the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 on one of the most demanding motorcycle circuits in the world. The Isle of Man TT Mountain Course is widely regarded as the ultimate test of performance, reliability and rider skill.

Five F77 Mach 2 Motorcycles Take On The Mountain Course

Ultraviolette fielded five F77 Mach 2 motorcycles for the run around the 37.73-mile (60.72km) Mountain Course. The route features a mix of fast straights, narrow public roads, elevation changes and challenging corners, making it one of the most iconic circuits in motorsport.

The ride featured former Isle of Man TT winner James Hillier, actor and television personality Ranvijay Singha, and multiple-time Indian racing champion Abhishek Vasudev. Their participation highlighted the company's ambition to demonstrate the performance credentials of the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 on an international stage.

According to Ultraviolette, the achievement has been recognised by both the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records. The company says the accomplishment establishes the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 as the first Indian production motorcycle to successfully complete a lap of the famed Isle of Man TT Mountain Course.

The milestone is particularly significant given the circuit's reputation for testing motorcycles under extreme conditions. The course has historically served as a benchmark for performance-oriented machines from some of the world's most established motorcycle manufacturers.
