TVS Announces Exclusive Premium Dealerships To Elevate Ownership Experience

TVS Motor Company has announced plans to open dedicated premium retail outlets for its high-end motorcycles and scooters. Called TVS Paddock, these new dealerships will be available exclusively to premium customers, while regular TVS dealerships continue to serve the brand's mass-market portfolio.

TVS To Open New Premium Retail Outlets

TVS has taken a new step towards strengthening its premium two-wheeler business with the introduction of TVS Paddock, a retail format designed to offer an elevated ownership experience. These outlets will showcase premium motorcycles and scooters, exclusive merchandise, customisation options, and community-focused experiences.

Speaking about the initiative, TVS Motor Company Chairman Sudarshan Venu said, "TVS Paddock is our strategic commitment to redefining premium ownership by bringing together innovation, personalisation, and immersive engagement to build deeper customer connections.

The future of premium motorcycling will be defined by the experiences, communities, and ecosystems we create around them. As premium motorcycle customers continue to evolve, seeking deeper, meaningful and holistic engagement, TVS Paddock will cater to these aspirations and deliver a truly elevated brand experience."

Customer engagement will be a key focus area for TVS through these new retail outlets. The company aims to build stronger relationships with buyers while offering a more personalised ownership experience through initiatives such as the TVS Build-To-Order programme.

The product portfolio showcased at TVS Paddock outlets is expected to include models such as the TVS Apache RTR 310, Apache RR 310, Ronin, and the TVS X electric scooter. Future premium offerings from the brand are also likely to be retailed through these outlets.

Operations are expected to commence during FY2027, with metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad likely to receive the first TVS Paddock showrooms. Through this initiative, TVS aims to create a stronger premium ecosystem and further expand its presence in India's growing premium motorcycle segment.
