TVS Apache RTR HyperStunt Patented In India After EICMA Debut
Indian two-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor Company has patented the design of the Apache RTR HyperStunt, which was showcased at the EICMA 2025 event. This ICE-powered sports bike is expected to feature TVS' newly introduced 300cc engine.
The HyperStunt is currently a prototype that was showcased last year, and it is now expected to move closer to production. TVS has now filed design patents for the motorcycle in India. The Apache RTR HyperStunt was one of the six models showcased by TVS at the Milan event.
TVS Apache RTR HyprStunt Design & Features
It is a sporty naked motorcycle featuring wide handlebars, a sleek tail section, a sharp overall design, and a single-seat setup. The bike did not feature a headlamp, mirrors, or a rear seat, making it look more like a purpose-built stunt bike rather than a conventional naked sports motorcycle.
We believe that the Apache RTR HyperStunt could be positioned specifically for stunt riding and off-road purposes, rather than for regular motorcycles. The ergonomics of this prototype are highly adaptable and appear perfectly suited for performing stunts.
The motorcycle features USD front forks, a rear monoshock, an underbelly exhaust, and disc brakes on both wheels. It also comes with two levers on the left side of the handlebar-one for clutch operation and the other for a hand-controlled rear brake, which is commonly used in stunt riding.
TVS is also planning to launch several new products this year. This year, the company is preparing to introduce its heritage brand, Norton Motorcycles, in India. The Atlas ADV is expected to be the first model, followed by the Manx V4 series of superbikes.
In collaboration with BMW, TVS has developed a full-scale adventure motorcycle, the BMW F 450 GS, which is expected to launch in India soon. TVS is also likely to introduce its own version of the 450cc ADV later this year.
TVS's most recent launch was the Apache RTX 300 adventure motorcycle, which received a positive response from Indian consumers due to its aggressive pricing and valuable features. The Apache RTR HyperStunt, if launched, would be a unique and exciting addition to the brand's existing lineup.
