Top 5 Upcoming Twin-Cylinder Motorcycles In India
Several motorcycle manufacturers are preparing to launch exciting new twin-cylinder motorcycles in the coming months. Here are some of the most anticipated twin-cylinder motorcycles in India.
1. Royal Enfield Himalayan 750

The concept was first showcased at EICMA 2025 in Milan, and the production version is expected to debut at EICMA 2026. Based on an enlarged version of Royal Enfield's proven 650cc parallel-twin platform, the Himalayan 750 is likely to become the brand's most capable adventure motorcycle. It will target the growing mid-premium ADV segment and strengthen Royal Enfield's global presence.
2. Norton Atlas
Norton Motorcycles is preparing for a major comeback under TVS ownership. The Atlas and Atlas GT were previewed at EICMA 2025 and are expected to play a key role in Norton's India strategy.

The motorcycle is likely to feature a new 500cc parallel-twin engine and will be manufactured at TVS's Hosur facility, allowing for competitive pricing. It is expected to compete with the BMW F 450 GS and other middleweight adventure motorcycles.
3. Royal Enfield Continental GT 750
Royal Enfield is also expected to unveil the Continental GT 750 alongside the Himalayan 750. This larger-capacity café racer is expected to retain the brand's classic styling while adding a larger headlamp cowl, shorter rear section, and stronger performance. It will target the global mid-premium café racer segment and compete with models from Triumph.
4. TVS BMW Twin
TVS Motor Company is also expected to introduce a new twin-cylinder motorcycle based on the same parallel-twin engine platform developed in partnership with BMW Motorrad. TVS is likely to use a differently tuned version of this engine to suit its own brand identity and riding characteristics.
The platform is expected to support multiple motorcycles across both the TVS and BMW lineups, including adventure, street, and sport-oriented models. This strategy would allow TVS Motor Company to expand into the premium middleweight segment while leveraging a modern twin-cylinder architecture developed jointly with BMW Motorrad.
5. Aprilia Tuareg 457

Aprilia is widely expected to introduce the Tuareg 457 Adventure in India, expanding its 457 platform after the successful Aprilia RS 457 and Aprilia Tuono 457. Using the same 457cc parallel-twin engine with adventure-focused tuning, the Tuareg 457 is likely to offer excellent off-road capability and could become one of the most exciting middleweight adventure motorcycles in the country.
