India's motorcycle segment posted a strong April 2026, with total sales of 11,38,452 units, up 30.61% year-on-year from 8,71,666 units in April 2025. The segment commanded nearly 61% of the overall two-wheeler market, driven by robust commuter demand and steady premium uptake.

Combined sales of the top 10 motorcycles stood at 9,22,357 units in April 2026, compared to 6,95,367 units in April 2025, a year-on-year volume gain of 2,26,990 units and overall growth of 32.64%. Let's take a look at the top 10 best-selling motorcycles of April 2026...

1. Hero Splendor - 3,09,131 Units

The Hero Splendor retained the top spot by a commanding margin, posting sales of 3,09,131 units in April 2026. That is a 56.21% year-on-year jump from 1,97,893 units in April 2025, a volume gain of 1,11,238 units.

The Splendor alone accounted for nearly one-third of total combined sales among India's top 10 motorcycles.

2. Honda Shine - 1,82,874 Units

The Honda Shine held second position with 1,82,874 units sold in April 2026. Year-on-year growth came in at 8.27%, adding 13,966 units over the 1,68,908 units recorded in April 2025.

3. Bajaj Pulsar - 1,31,031 Units

The Bajaj Pulsar lineup claimed third place with 1,31,031 units. Sales of the Bajaj Pulsar series saw a 5.66% year-on-year increase of 7,019 units over the 1,24,012 units sold in April 2025.

4. Hero HF Deluxe - 91,977 Units

Hero HF Deluxe was one of the standout performers on the list, with sales more than doubling to 91,977 units. Compared to 41,645 units in April 2025, that is a gain of 50,332 units and a 120.86% year-on-year surge.

5. TVS Apache - 49,390 Units

TVS Apache series posted 49,390 units in April 2026, up 3,757 units or 8.23% year-on-year from 45,633 units sold in April 2025.

6. Honda CB Unicorn - 39,310 Units

Honda CB Unicorn reported strong year-on-year gains, selling 39,310 units against 26,017 units in April 2025, an increase of 13,293 units or 51.09%.

7. Royal Enfield Classic 350 - 37,967 Units

Royal Enfield Classic 350 maintained strong momentum with 37,967 units sold in April 2026. That is a gain of 11,166 units or 41.66% over the 26,801 units recorded in April 2025.

8. TVS Raider - 29,064 Units

TVS Raider was the only motorcycle in the top 10 to register a decline, with sales dropping to 29,064 units from 43,028 units in April 2025, a fall of 13,964 units or 32.45% year-on-year.

9. Hero Glamour - 26,573 Units

Hero Glamour posted the highest percentage growth among all top 10 motorcycles. Sales surged to 26,573 units from 4,941 units in April 2025, a gain of 21,632 units or 437.81% year-on-year.

10. Royal Enfield Bullet 350 - 25,040 Units

Royal Enfield Bullet 350 rounded off the top 10 with 25,040 units, up 8,551 units or 51.86% from 16,489 units sold in April 2025.
