India is the world's largest two-wheeler market, and every year it welcomes some of the most uniquely designed motorcycles. The year 2025 was no different, as several manufacturers introduced machines with unique designs, futuristic technology, and bold styling. Here is the list of the most uniquely designed motorcycles launched last year.

1. Yamaha XSR 155
Indians can never forget the RX100, a truly unique bike with a signature retro design, aggressive acceleration, and a peculiar exhaust note. Last year, the Japanese auto manufacturer launched the similarly designed XSR 155 neo-retro motorcycle in India at 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
It features the same 155cc SOHC VVA engine as the R15 that produces 18.4 PS of power at 10,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle is equipped with a round LED headlamp, a retro-style design language, a classic single-piece seat, and a muscular fuel tank.
The design of the XSR 155 is highly unique, making it one of the biggest attractions of 2025. Additionally, Yamaha provides two different customisation kits-the Cafe Racer Kit and the Scrambler Kit-which further enhance the rugged and stylish look of the motorcycle.
2. Ultraviolette X47 Crossover
This electric motorcycle is for both urban commuting and adventure touring. The Ultraviolette X47 Crossover features a striking, futuristic aesthetic inspired by the F77 sports bike. It is priced competitively at 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
The motorcycle also gets a tall, commanding stance paired with an ergonomic seat designed for long-distance comfort. It is available in two battery variants (7.1kWh and 10.3kWh), delivering an IDC range of 211 km and 323 km, respectively.
The electric motor produces 40.2 hp of power and 100 Nm of motor torque, helping the bike reach a top speed of 145 km/h. Advanced features include radar-based ADAS, dual-channel ABS, and regenerative braking.
3. Triumph Thruxton 400
Triumph has expanded its modern classic lineup in India by introducing the new Thruxton 400, bringing the iconic cafe racer nameplate to its entry-level segment. It features a dedicated semi-sports fairing, clip-on handlebars and rear-set footpegs, giving a signature cafe racer riding stance.
Its 398cc engine delivers 42 PS and 37.5 Nm of torque, managed by a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper-and-assist clutch. Key features include a single-piece cafe racer seat, a round LED headlamp, and switchable traction control. The Thruxton 400 is priced at 2.76 lakh (ex-showroom).
4. KTM 390 Enduro R
The KTM 390 Enduro R is an all-terrain motorcycle featuring a hardcore motocross-inspired design. Inspired by KTM's rally motorcycles, it gets a slim profile and a flat, single-piece seat to maximise rider mobility during off-road moves.
It is powered by the latest 399cc single-cylinder DOHC engine, producing 46 PS at 8,500 rpm and 39 Nm at 6,500 rpm. To handle rugged terrains, it comes equipped with long-travel WP Apex suspension, 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels, and a high-mounted exhaust. Technology features include a Quickshifter+, off-road ABS, and a 4.2-inch TFT display. This model is priced at 3.39 lakh (ex-showroom).
5. Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6
Unveiled at EICMA 2025, the Flying Flea S6 marks Royal Enfield's official entry into the electric Bike segment. This scrambler-style motorcycle is set for an Indian launch towards the end of 2026. The S6 is built for versatility and can be used for both daily commutes and mild off-roading. Hence, the S6 features high fenders, wide handlebars, and dual-purpose tyres.
It gets a multi-finned magnesium battery casing, which optimises heat dissipation for consistent performance. The Power output levels are comparable to a 150cc internal combustion engine motorcycle. The bike will also feature a circular TFT touchscreen with smartphone connectivity, navigation, and multiple riding modes.
