Steelbird Fairy Open-Face Helmet For Women Launched At Rs. 1,299

Indian helmet manufacturer Steelbird has launched the Fairy, an open-face helmet designed for women riders, timed to coincide with Raksha Bandhan and priced from Rs. 1,299. The helmet pairs a colourful design with basic safety and convenience features meant for everyday use.

The Steelbird Fairy is built with a high-impact ABS outer shell and high-density EPS for impact protection. It carries BIS ISI certification, meeting the applicable Indian safety requirements.

A polycarbonate visor with anti-scratch treatment keeps visibility clear during daily riding, while a top vent improves airflow inside the shell. The chin strap uses a micrometric buckle for quicker, easier fastening.

The Steelbird Fairy helmet is offered in a wide range of colourful decal options, created specifically for women riders. It comes in three sizes: Small at 560mm, Medium at 570mm and Large at 580mm. Steelbird has not detailed the helmet's weight, and it has not stated whether the inner padding is removable and washable.
