Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts Launched At Rs 5.75 Lakh: Only 25 Units Reserved For India

Chennai-based motorcycle manufacturer Royal Enfield launched the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts, a limited-run bobber inspired by the custom-built 'Caliber Royale' from Taiwanese custom house Rough Crafts. Priced at Rs 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom), the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts is capped at 100 numbered units worldwide, with only 25 reserved for India.

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts special edition builds was developed in collaboration with Taiwanese custom house Rough Crafts and first appeared at EICMA 2025 before making its India debut at Motoverse 2025.

Bookings for the special edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts are now open and Royal Enfield will sell the limited-run bike through its 'Drop' format, with sales staggered across global markets between July 27 and July 30. India's allocation of 25 units goes live on July 30 at 7pm IST.

Prospective buyers must register through the Royal Enfield App or website between July 15 and July 30 to be eligible. On sale day, the first 25 customers in India to complete their purchase will be able to secure their Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts special edition motorcycle.

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts sports a Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black paint scheme with hand-applied gold leaf stripes and subtle grey accents. Each unit carries a cast brass Rough Crafts collaboration badge and features the individual numbering painted onto the fuel tank.

Other cosmetic changes compared to the regular Shotgun 650 include black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, contrast-cut alloy wheels and gold-coloured fork tubes. Each of the motorcycles also comes with a numbered artwork of the Caliber Royale sketch, designed and signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh.

Mechanically, the limited edition Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts is unchanged from the standard Shotgun 650. It uses the same 648cc, parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine that makes 47hp and 52.3Nm and comes paired with a six-speed gearbox.
