Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 Showcased In Ladakh

Royal Enfield showcased the Himalayan 750 at the inaugural Himalayan Basecamp in Leh, Ladakh, a day after launching the Himalayan 440 in India. The event offered the clearest look yet at the design, engine and underpinnings of the brand's upcoming flagship adventure motorcycle.

The motorcycle on display was the road-biased variant riding on alloy wheels, while a spoked-wheel, off-road-focused version was shown separately in Brazil earlier this year. Royal Enfield has not revealed official specifications yet, though the Himalayan 750 is confirmed to debut at Motoverse 2026 in November.

The Himalayan 750 gets an all-new design with an LED headlight, a muscular fuel tank with large tank shrouds, and a tall windscreen. It features a split-seat setup, an upswept exhaust and a rear luggage rack for mounting saddlebags and top boxes, giving it a rugged, purpose-built stance.

Power comes from an all-new 750cc, parallel-twin, air-and-oil-cooled engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Royal Enfield hasn't disclosed official output figures, but the motor is expected to produce around 55hp and 60 Nm.

Suspension duties are handled by a preload- and compression-adjustable inverted fork up front, along with a remote-adjustable preload monoshock at the rear. The bike rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels, wrapped in Vredestein Centauro XR tyres in 100-section front and 150-section rear widths.

Braking comes from dual disc brakes at the front and a single disc at the rear, with ByBre calipers and adjustable brake and clutch levers. Dual-channel ABS with selectable modes backs up the setup.

A 4-inch circular TFT console, similar to the unit on the Himalayan 450, handles connectivity duties, with Bluetooth, Google Maps mirroring, and call and SMS alerts on offer. The switchgear includes a rotary ignition switch and a joystick for navigating the display, along with dedicated buttons for ride modes, traction control, cruise control and hazard lights.

The Himalayan 750 will be Royal Enfield's first motorcycle to get cruise control and traction control, alongside multiple ride modes. These additions mark a significant technology step up for the brand's adventure motorcycle lineup.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 750:Expected Launch Timeline And Price

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 is set to launch at Motoverse 2026, scheduled between November 27 and November 29 in Vagator, Goa. Royal Enfield is yet to confirm pricing, though the motorcycle is expected to be priced around Rs 4.5 lakh, ex-showroom.

Once launched, the Himalayan 750 will rival the BMW F 450 GS and Honda NX500, along with the upcoming Norton Atlas.
