Oben Rorr Evo Deliveries Begin In Bengaluru: 180 Km Range, 8-Year Battery Warranty

Oben Electric has commenced deliveries of its newly launched Rorr Evo electric motorcycle in Bengaluru. The motorcycle was launched in May 2026, and within just 15 days, it received an overwhelming response from consumers, garnering more than 25,000 bookings across India.

The EV startup has begun delivering the Rorr Evo to customers in Bengaluru, with deliveries set to expand across its dealership network in India over the coming weeks. Oben Electric currently has a presence through 150 dealerships across the country, while its manufacturing facility has an annual production capacity of up to one lakh units.

The company also has dedicated service networks across more than 90 cities in 18 states. Its retail and service network is set to expand rapidly in the coming years to provide customers with a seamless and consistent ownership experience. Most of its critical components are manufactured in-house, ensuring customers have access to a dependable and readily available supply of spare parts.

In India, Motorcycles account for more than 65% of two-wheeler sales, and with EV adoption continuing to grow, the potential for electric motorcycles is significantly higher. EVs are increasingly preferred for their low running costs, practicality, and pollution-free riding experience.

Oben Rorr Evo Features and Pricing

The Oben Rorr Evo is one of the first electric motorcycles to feature Smart iQ AI, which optimises the riding range by up to 15%. It also gets a segment-first projector headlamp and comes with an 8-year battery warranty.

The Rorr Evo is powered by a 9 kW electric motor capable of accelerating from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3 seconds. It claims a top speed of 110 km/h and is paired with a 3.4 kWh battery pack that offers a claimed range of up to 180 km on a single charge. With fast charging, the battery can reach 80% charging in just 90 minutes.

Some of its key features include a 5-inch TFT display, OTA updates, turn-by-turn navigation, geo-fencing, remote immobilisation, fall detection with Emergency SOS, and the ARGUS connected technology platform. The EV is priced from Rs 1,24,999 (ex-showroom).
