Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 Engine and Cycle Parts
The 743cc, air/oil-cooled parallel-twin makes 54.25bhp at 7,000rpm and 63Nm at 5,000rpm. A six-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch handles shifting duties. Royal Enfield claims the engine weighs about the same as the 650cc unit. Ninety per cent of peak torque is available from 3,500rpm.
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750's box-section spine frame uses the engine as a stressed member. Suspension duties are handled by a 43mm Showa USD front fork with preload, compression and rebound adjustment and 190mm of travel, plus a linkage-type Showa rear monoshock with preload and rebound adjustment and 175mm of wheel travel.

The Himalayan 750 rides on a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel, wrapped in 110/80 R19 and 150/70 R17 tubeless tyres. Depending on the variant, buyers can choose alloy wheels or tubeless spoked wheels. Twin 280mm front discs and a 255mm rear disc handle braking. Ground clearance is 205mm and seat height is 815mm. The fuel tank holds 17.8 litres, and kerb weight stands at 224kg.

Speaking about the Himalayan 750, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director - Eicher Motors Ltd. and
Chief Executive Officer - Royal Enfield, said, "A decade ago we created the middle-weight adventure
touring category. Since then, the Himalayan, with a community of over 320,000 riders around the world, has grown from a motorcycle built for the mountains into a brand that has inspired riders to explore the world on their own terms. The response to the Himalayan 450 and its 440 stablemate introduced earlier this year, reinforces the enduring love for the Himalayan family and the spirit of exploration.
The Himalayan 750 is a powerful new expression of the Himalayan spirit. We are taking the Himalayan legacy even further by bringing together a decade of learning. Our first 750cc motorcycle is built for riders looking to cross borders, take on diverse terrains, and experience the freedom of going
anywhere. It blends an authentic, purposeful design with technology that supports the rider, but never leads the way. The result is a machine that offers the unfiltered character riders crave, alongside enhanced capability to take their adventures further than ever before."
