Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini Launched At Rs 1 Crore - First Unit Delivered In Mumbai
Ducati has launched the Panigale V4 Lamborghini in India at Rs 1 crore (ex-showroom), with the first unit already delivered in Mumbai. The Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini is the third collaboration between the two Italian marques (both owned by Audi), following the Diavel 1260 Lamborghini and the Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini.
The remaining Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini units set aside for India are already booked, and the limited-run motorcycle is sold out worldwide. Production of the Panigale V4 is capped at 630 numbered units globally.

An additional 63 units of the Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini are reserved for Lamborghini Ad Personam clients. This special batch of the Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini allows buyers to configure their Panigale to match the colours of their own Revuelto. The number 63 itself is a nod to Lamborghini's founding year, 1963.
Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini - Engine & Performance
The Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini is powered by a 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine that produces 218.5hp at 13,500rpm and 122.1Nm at 11,250rpm, up 2.5hp and 1.2Nm over the standard Panigale V4 S.

The bump up in performance is the result of an Akrapovic titanium underbelly exhaust with carbon end caps, paired with a dedicated engine calibration. Ducati quotes a 0-100kph sprint time of 2.5 seconds and a top speed exceeding 350kph.
The V4 Lamborghini tips the scales at 185kg wet (without fuel), almost 2kg lighter than the V4 S it's based on. That weight saving, combined with the power increase, pushes the power-to-weight ratio from 1.15hp/kg to 1.18hp/kg. A dry clutch kit comes standard.
Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini - Chassis & Technology
The suspension setup of the Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini draws from the V4 S. The front end features an Ohlins NPX-30 pressurised front fork, while the rear sports an Ohlins TTX 36 rear shock absorber and an Ohlins steering damper, all managed by the Ohlins Smart EC 3.0 system. The Ducati Electronic Suspension (DES) 3.0 setup handles the electronic control layer.
A billet aluminium triple clamp carries the bike's unique example number, which also appears on the 6.9-inch TFT dashboard during startup. The ignition key gets the same number laser-etched onto its aluminium badge.
Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini - Design & Livery
The bodywork of the Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini draws directly from the Revuelto's design language. Ducati's Centro Stile worked with Lamborghini's design team on the livery: carbon fibre with visible texture, finished in Verde Scandal, Grigio Telesto, and Grigio Acheso. Where the carbon weave meets at the bike's symmetry line, a herringbone pattern forms, the result of hand-laid construction.
The Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini's forged aluminium wheels mirror the Revuelto's rim design. The tailpiece and wings are reworked versions of the Panigale V4 S units, reshaped to follow Lamborghini's styling cues. Every external surface, including the front and rear mudguards, heat shield, heel guard, and exhaust cover, is in carbon fibre.
Each unit of the Ducati Panigale V4 Lamborghini arrives in a dedicated wooden transport crate with a livery-matched rear stand. The delivery package includes a certificate of authenticity, a personalised box for additional components, and a dedicated bike cover. Track-focused items such as a billet aluminium racing fuel cap, brake calliper air conveyors, carbon fibre open clutch cover, and a licence plate holder removal kit are also included, though these are not road-homologated.
