Updated Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Launched At Rs 1.60 Lakh - Quickshifter, ETB Ride Modes & TFT

The updated Bajaj Pulsar NS200 has been launched at Rs 1.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 gets ride-by-wire, ride modes, traction control, a quickshifter and a 5-inch TFT display.

At Rs 1.60 lakh, the new Bajaj NS200 costs Rs 11,000 more than the USD fork variant (Rs 1.49 lakh). Bajaj has been revisiting the Pulsar line-up over the last few months, and this is the latest model to get the update.

Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Launched - Gets 1hp More Power And New Electronics

The Bajaj Pulsar NS200's 199.5cc, four-valve, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine carries over, with output up from 24.5hp to 25.5hp. Torque is rated at 18.7Nm. The six-speed gearbox now comes with a bi-directional quickshifter, which Bajaj calls the Sports Shifter.

A ride-by-wire throttle enables the ride modes, and traction control is now part of the package. The 5-inch TFT display comes with Google Maps mirroring and replaces the semi-digital unit used earlier. Adjustable levers, a USB Type-C port and a hazard switch are also new. The panic brake alert flashes the hazard lights under harsh braking.

The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 also retains its perimeter frame, box-section swingarm and preload-adjustable monoshock. Up front, the USD fork grows from a 33mm to a 37mm unit, and the rear gets a radial tyre.

Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Launched - Colours And Rivals

Three colours are on offer with the updated Bajaj Pulsar NS200: Ebony Black Racing Red, Pearl Metallic White and a new Nardo Grey. Deliveries are expected to start soon, though Bajaj has not shared an official date.

The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is the main rival of the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 with prices ranging between Rs 1.48 lakh to Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which puts the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 at a slight premium.

Speaking on the announcement, Sarang Kanade, Chief Business Officer, Two-wheeler Business Unit, Bajaj Auto Ltd., said,"For Pulsar, performance has always been rooted in power.
