Ather Energy Expands Service Network In India – Big Boost For EV Buyers
Ather Energy has expanded its service network across India, crossing the milestone of 500+ service centres. This move is aimed at strengthening its after-sales support and improving overall customer experience. Currently, Ather ranks as the third-largest player in the electric two-wheeler market, behind TVS Motor and Ola Electric.
Ather Energy Expands Service Touchpoints
Establishing a strong service network is essential for any automaker to deliver a reliable ownership experience. Expanding service centres not only improves accessibility for customers but also strengthens the brand's presence across the country. Ather now also operates more than 82 express service centres, which can complete service jobs in as little as 60 minutes.

The company is further enhancing service quality and customer experience with features such as dedicated customer lounges, advanced service equipment, and improved operational efficiency. These facilities are especially highlighted in Ather's Gold Service Centres, which offer a 60-minute periodic maintenance program.
Earlier, Ather had around 277 service centres, which have now grown significantly to over 500 centres. The brand currently offers two electric scooters in its portfolio - the 450 series and the Rizta family scooter - and is emerging as one of the fastest-growing EV brands in India.

With an expanding network of touchpoints, Ather is well-positioned to strengthen its market share while boosting customer confidence in EV ownership. At the same time, the company is scaling up its charging infrastructure by adding more charging points across both Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
The Ather Rizta electric scooter offers a claimed range of up to 159 km and comes with an 8-year battery warranty. It also supports fast charging, delivering up to 30 km of range in just 10 minutes. Additionally, it offers a segment-leading 56-litre storage capacity along with advanced connectivity features. The Rizta is priced from ₹1.04 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Ather 450 series, on the other hand, is a performance-focused scooter with a claimed range of up to 161 km and a top speed of 90 km/h. It is priced from ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom). Both scooters are steadily gaining traction in their respective segments, contributing to Ather Energy's position as the third-largest EV two-wheeler brand in India.
