Aprilia has introduced the new Aprilia SR 175 Tribute Edition in India with a fresh Matte Green colour option. This new variant is designed to reflect the unparalleled courage and spirit of the armed forces.

Aprilia SR Series Scooters Get New Tribute Edition

Piaggio-owned Aprilia currently sells sporty-styled scooters in the Indian market. The SR lineup includes the Aprilia SR 125 and Aprilia SR 175, both of which feature bold styling, aerodynamic body lines, and race-inspired fairings.

The scooter gets signature LED lighting that enhances visibility while adding to its sporty appeal and strong road presence. The camouflage-inspired graphics honour the spirit of bravery and courage. Additionally, it rides on large 14-inch alloy wheels with bold orange rims, further enhancing its standout appearance.

SR 175 Specs

The Aprilia SR 175 is powered by a 175cc performance-focused engine paired with an ultra-responsive CVT transmission. It produces 9.78 kW of power and 14.14 Nm of torque. The scooter claims a top speed of 95 km/h and comes equipped with a race-inspired exhaust for a sportier character.

It also features a 5-inch TFT digital display with Bluetooth connectivity, live navigation, and ride data tracking. The Aprilia SR 175 gets telescopic front forks and adjustable rear suspension. For braking, it uses a sporty two-piston brake caliper with a 220mm ventilated front disc and single-channel ABS.

SR 125 Specs

Just like the Aprilia SR 175, the smaller Aprilia SR 125 also gets this Tribute Edition with the same colours and styling elements. It is powered by a 124.45cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 3-valve SOHC engine that produces 7.8 kW of power and 10.4 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT transmission. It can reach a top speed of up to 90 km/h.

Aprilia also offers a 5-year manufacturer warranty for up to 60,000 km. Buyers also get one year of free service and two years of roadside assistance at no additional cost. The Aprilia SR 175 is priced at Rs 1.21 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Aprilia SR 125 is priced at Rs 1.11 lakh (ex-showroom).
