2027 KTM 790 Duke Unveiled With Sharper Styling, New Suspension
The 2027 KTM 790 Duke has been unveiled internationally with a comprehensive set of design, hardware and feature updates over the outgoing version of the middleweight naked streetfighter.
The 2027 KTM 790 Duke now weighs 185kg, 2kg lighter than before, and gets a fang-shaped LED headlight, a new TFT display and a redesigned exhaust as part of the overhaul.

2027 KTM 790 Duke - Design
The 790 Duke's styling takes cues from the 1390 Duke, with sharp cuts and creases on the fuel tank extensions and an upswept tail section housing combined indicator and tail light units.
Bold graphics and an orange colour option add to the visual appeal, while a new exhaust with a larger silencer rounds off the cosmetic changes.

2027 KTM 790 Duke - Mechanical Bits
The 2027 790 Duke retains its Chromium Molybdenum steel frame but gets a new black-finished subframe along with a tweaked swingarm. Suspension duties are handled by a 43mm WP Apex USD fork up front, adjustable for compression and rebound, and a rear monoshock with preload and rebound adjustability.
17-inch alloy wheels are paired with 300mm twin discs at the front using WP calipers and a WP master cylinder, while a 240mm single disc handles braking duties at the rear.

Power comes from the same 799cc LC8c parallel-twin engine, producing 105bhp and 87Nm, paired with a six-speed gearbox. KTM has also revised the rider triangle with a new seat, repositioned footpegs and a tapered handlebar that can be adjusted for a more committed riding posture.
2027 KTM 790 Duke - Features
Equipment includes all-LED lighting, a new colour TFT display, multiple ride modes and traction control as standard. The 790 Duke also gets a 4-year warranty, addressing reliability concerns that affected the first-generation model.
The 2027 KTM 790 Duke will go on sale in international markets by the end of July.. However, it currently remains unclear if KTM will reintroduce the 790 Duke in the Indian market.
