The highlight of this update for the 2026 Suzuki Avenis is a new Pearl Glacier White / Metallic Oort Gray dual-tone paint scheme, available on the Special Edition. There are no mechanical changes with this update; the rest of the package stays exactly as before.
The 2026 Suzuki Avenis continues to run a 124.3cc engine with Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology that pushes out 8.58bhp and 10Nm of peak torque, which is sent to the rear wheel via a CVT gearbox. The updated Suzuki Avenis scooter rides on a 12-inch front wheel and features telescopic front suspension and a Combined Braking System (CBS).

The 2026 Suzuki Avenis carries over the full feature set from its predecessor, which includes the likes of the LED headlamp and tail lamp, Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument cluster with Suzuki Ride Connect, external fuel filler lid, front storage box with USB charging socket, 21.8-litre under-seat storage, Split grab rails and sporty graphics
Deepak Mutreja, Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, "The Avenis has been well-received for its sporty styling, performance, and everyday practicality. With the introduction of this new Pearl Glacier White / Metallic Oort Gray colour for the Special Edition, we aim to further enhance its visual appeal and keep the portfolio fresh and relevant for our customers. We are confident that this new addition will resonate strongly with young and style-conscious riders."
Despite the ongoing updates, Avenis sales have been under pressure. In March 2026, the scooter posted 3,691 units - a 44.45% YoY drop compared to 6,644 units in March 2025. Over the past six months, cumulative sales stood at 25,796 units, down 19.83% from 32,178 units in the same period last year.
Suzuki is also actively expanding its scooter range, with a recently updated Burgman Street and a showcase of the Burgman 400 hinting at plans to expand into the premium scooter category.
