2026 KTM Duke 200 Gets New Colours, Bigger Brakes & Lighter Setup — What’s Changed?
The 2026 KTM Duke 200 has received several updates, including new colours, revised components, and some mechanical upgrades aimed at improving performance, handling, and efficiency. For the 2026 Duke 200, KTM has focused on improving the riding experience to ensure the Duke stays competitive in the entry-level performance motorcycle segment.
2026 KTM Duke 200 Upgrades
Fresh New Colours
The KTM Duke 200 now gets a fresh Atlantic Blue colour scheme, combining blue body panels with KTM's signature orange accents. The orange subframe beneath the seat blends neatly with the blacked-out main frame, giving the motorcycle a sharper, sportier visual appeal. Black-finished alloy wheels further enhance the stance, attractive to younger riders.

Upgraded Brakes
Borrowing hardware from the larger Duke 390, the 2026 Duke 200 now features a bigger 320mm front disc brake, replacing the earlier 300mm disc. This upgrade specifically increases stopping power and enhances rider confidence. The rear disc remains a 230mm unit.
Lighter alloy wheels contribute to improved agility and more responsive handling. KTM has also reintroduced dual-channel ABS with Supermoto ABS. This allows experienced riders to have more control during aggressive cornering or track-style riding.

Suspension and Tyre Changes
KTM has revised several key components to improve overall balance and riding dynamics. The previous 43mm WP Apex front forks have been replaced with 37mm units, tuned to offer better handling precision and ride comfort. A new rear grab rail and revised pillion footpeg setup improve practicality for everyday use. Tyre dimensions have also been slightly revised, with the rear tyre now using a 140-section profile.
What Didn't Change?
The motorcycle is powered by the same 199cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine producing 25 PS and 19.5 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The engine continues to offer a linear and aggressive performance more suited to city riding as well as occasional highway journeys.

Technology Features
The Duke 200 retains the 5-inch TFT display introduced in the previous update. Features include KTM Connect, Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, and turn-by-turn navigation, which help keep the bike competitive in its segment.
Pricing
KTM has not yet announced any pricing changes. The outgoing model was priced at ₹1.92 lakh (ex-showroom). In the Indian market, the Duke 200 competes with motorcycles such as the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, Honda CB Hornet 2.0, and Suzuki Gixxer 250.
