2026 Honda Gold Wing Launched At Rs 44.30 Lakh: Gets New Colour

Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Honda has launched the 2026 Gold Wing in India at Rs 44.30 lakh (ex-showroom), a hike of Rs 1.48 lakh over the outgoing model priced at Rs 42.82 lakh. The Rs 1.48 lakh price increase accompanies what is effectively a colour refresh with no additional hardware or feature additions.

The 2026 Honda Gold Wing is available in a new Gun Metal Black Metallic paint scheme. The new Gun Metal Black paint scheme replaces the outgoing Bordeaux Red Metallic. The darker finish gives the flagship tourer a more understated and stealthy appearance compared to its predecessor.

The Gold Wing continues to draw power from its 1,833cc liquid-cooled, horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine. The motor produces 126hp at 5,500rpm and 170Nm of peak torque, figures carried over unchanged from before. A seven-speed dual clutch transmission handles power delivery to the rear wheel.

The DCT unit also features dedicated reverse and walking-speed modes, which are specifically designed to help riders manoeuvre the near-400kg motorcycle in tight spaces and during parking. The transmission contributes significantly to the ease of riding what is one of the heaviest and most complex tourers on sale in India today.

2026 Honda Gold Wing Launched - Feature List

The Gold Wing's extensive touring-focused feature package carries over in full for 2026. The motorcycle comes equipped with an electronically adjustable windscreen, which allows riders to set wind protection levels without stopping. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity are built in, enabling seamless smartphone integration on long-distance rides.

A premium audio system is also part of the standard specification, allowing riders to stream music through the motorcycle's speakers while underway. The Gold Wing additionally retains its factory-fitted airbag, making it the only motorcycle currently on sale in India to offer this safety feature as standard equipment.
