First revealed for global markets in October 2025, the updated Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally adventure tourer arrives with revised suspension hardware, expanded radar-based safety tech, and a handful of practical touring upgrades.

2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally - The Mechanical & Electric Bits
Powering the 2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally is the Italian marque's 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine, putting out 170hp at 10,750rpm and 123Nm at 9,000rpm. The Granturismo engine offers rear-cylinder deactivation at standstill and low speeds.
The Marzocchi semi-active setup now uses the revised Adaptive Ducati Skyhook Suspension (DSS) EVO system, which adjusts damping continuously based on road surface and riding style. Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) complements this by drawing on 70 sensor inputs to sharpen the response of rider aids, including cornering ABS and wheelie control.

The Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally offers 200mm of travel on both ends and it rides on a staggered spoked wheel (19-inch front and 17-inch rear) setup which are shod with Pirelli Scorpion Trail II tyres. The Multistrada V4 Rally also sports a tyre pressure monitoring setup.
On the chassis side, the swingarm pivot has been repositioned higher and the rear brake disc grows to 280mm. The windscreen is now 40mm wider and 20mm taller than before for improved wind protection on long hauls.

A new Automatic Lowering Device for the Multistrada V4 Rally reduces ride height below 10kph for easier low-speed handling and restores standard height above 50kph on-road or 20kph off-road. The radar suite gains Forward Collision Warning to go alongside the existing Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Detection.
The centre stand has been redesigned for easier deployment, and heated grips with five temperature settings are now standard fitment across the range.
