Aprilia 457 Range Updated: New Prices, New Colours, Better Value?

The Italian motorcycle brand has announced the prices of the 2026 Aprilia 457 series in India. Following revisions to GST regulations, the company has confirmed updated pricing for both the Aprilia RS 457 and the Tuono 457 models.

Aprilia 457 Series Updated Pricing & Features

Aprilia's 457 series represents the brand's most accessible performance lineup. These motorcycles combine strong performance with Italian engineering at more affordable price points. The updated models now get new updates and colour schemes that could appeal to a broader, younger audience in the Indian market.

2026 Aprilia RS 457

The new RS 457 will now be offered in two additional colour options, similar to its global models. The Coral Blue Snake and Arsenic Yellow shades were showcased at EICMA 2025 in Milan, as well as India Bike Week 2025. These colours are added to the existing palette, which includes Racing Stripes, Opalescent Light, and Prismatic Dark.

Additionally, the bike now gets a quickshifter as a standard feature. Key rivals such as the KTM RC 390 already offer this feature, and Aprilia's move helps keep the RS 457 competitive in the segment. The motorcycle is now priced at ₹4.22 lakh (ex-showroom).

2026 Aprilia Tuono 457

The naked sibling of the RS 457, the Tuono 457, has also received revised pricing. The prices have now been reduced, with the model starting at ₹3.95 lakh (ex-showroom). Earlier GST changes had affected pricing for the Aprilia models.

2026 Aprilia RS 457 GP Replica

This special edition draws inspiration from Aprilia's MotoGP race machines and was showcased at EICMA 2025 in Italy. It features a black colour scheme along with MotoGP-inspired sponsor graphics. The blacked-out frame and swingarm enhance its sporty and aggressive appearance. The GP Replica variant is priced at ₹4.37 lakh (ex-showroom) in India.

Aprilia 457 Series Powertrain

All models in the 457 series are powered by a 457cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine that produces 47.6 hp at 9,400 rpm and 43.5 Nm of torque at 6,700 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.

Feature highlights include a slipper clutch, ride-by-wire throttle, full LED lighting, a 5-inch TFT display, three riding modes, traction control, selectable engine maps, and dual-channel ABS with anti-rollover functionality.
