The British motorcycle brand has introduced these updates for the UK market, which include revised suspension, new tyres, and fresh colour options. The biggest update is the new 41 mm Showa USD front fork with 110 mm of travel, which is now adjustable, allowing riders to fine-tune compression and rebound settings.

The rear Showa monoshock suspension also offers preload adjustability with 130 mm of travel. The motorcycle now comes equipped with Metzeler Sportec M9 RR tyres, replacing the previous Michelin units, offering improved grip and performance.

Additionally, a bi-directional quickshifter is now standard across all variants. New colour options include Sapphire Black, Aluminium Silver/Sapphire Black, and Cosmic Yellow/Sapphire Black, along with updated graphics.

Triumph continues to use the same 660 cc liquid-cooled inline three-cylinder engine that produces 95 PS at 11,250 rpm and 68 Nm of torque at 8,850 rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and comes with Triumph Shift Assist (up/down quickshifter), three riding modes (Sport, Rain, and Road), and switchable traction control.

Technology highlights include a colour TFT display, My Triumph Connectivity system, turn-by-turn navigation, and phone and music controls, all accessible via handlebar-mounted switchgear. The bike retains its steel perimeter frame, twin 310 mm front disc brakes with radial callipers, clip-on handlebars, and rear-set footpegs, offering an aggressive riding position.

The rider triangle remains well-balanced, providing confidence and control during spirited riding. It also features lightweight 5-spoke cast-aluminium wheels, contributing to improved performance and handling.

The updated Daytona 660 is priced at €8,995 in the UK. In India, the current model is priced at ₹9.88 lakh (ex-showroom). With the added updates, a slight price increase is expected when the new model is introduced in the Indian market.
