2025 Yezdi Roadster MK2 Launched At Rs 2.10 Lakh - 5 Colour Options
The 2025 Yezdi Roadster MK2 has been launched in India with a starting price of Rs 2,09,969. This is approximately Rs 800 cheaper than the previous base model. The updated 2025 Yezdi Roadster features minor design tweaks and enhanced engine performance while retaining its classic cruiser appeal.
The Roadster MK2 maintains its retro-modern aesthetic with a sculpted metal fuel tank and chunky side panels. It also features a round LED headlight and a redesigned tail section that resembles a factory bobber, especially in the single-seat setup. The bike's silhouette remains similar to its predecessor but now includes sleeker LED indicators that function as taillights in the top variant.

Pricing and Competition
The Yezdi Roadster's pricing aligns closely with its main competitor, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, which starts at Rs 2,08,270 (ex-showroom, Chennai). While both bikes offer distinct styles—the Meteor being more laid-back—the Yezdi provides a sportier performance thanks to its liquid-cooled engine.
| Variant | Price (ex-showroom, Delhi) |
|---|---|
| Sharkskin Blue | Rs 2,09,969 |
| Smoke Grey | Rs 2,12,969 |
| Bloodrush Maroon | Rs 2,16,969 |
| Savage Green | Rs 2,21,969 |
| Shadow Black | Rs 2,25,969 |

Design and Features
The new model offers two types of handlebars and a single-sided tyre hugger with an integrated taillight. The seats have thicker padding and can be configured as solo or with a removable pillion seat. New Faravahar graphics adorn the fuel tank and behind the single seat. Additionally, it sports new wheel designs similar to those on the Jawa 42 Bobber.
Available in five colour options—Shark Fin, Grey DT, Maroon DT, Hunter Green, and Shadow Black—the Yezdi Roadster MK2 continues to embody the old-school-meets-modern formula. The bike's tail section has been chopped and redesigned and will certainly evoke comparisons with Harley's 883 Iron.
Engine and Performance
The Roadster MK2 retains its 334cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine but is now E20 fuel-ready. It produces slightly more power at 29.1PS and torque at 29.62Nm compared to its predecessor. Despite these enhancements, the gearbox and underpinnings remain unchanged.
The seat height has increased by 5mm to 795mm but remains accessible for most riders. The rear tyre has been upgraded from a 130-section to a 150-section for improved stability. The tilt-adjustable LCD instrument console remains unchanged.
DriveSpark Thinks
The Yezdi Roadster Mk2 features a few subtle design tweaks along with an upgraded heart and a few more mechanical updates which should make it a more enjoyable bike to cruise down the highway with. However, we will only be able to determine that when we get into the saddle of the new Roadster, which we hope will happen sometime soon.
