Updated Hero Splendor Motorcycle Launching Soon With Enhanced Features

Hero Motocorp is preparing to introduce updated versions of its Splendor motorcycles. Recently, images of the 2025 Super Splendor undergoing road tests have emerged online. This follows the sighting of the 2025 Splendor Plus being tested near Jaipur, Rajasthan. These developments indicate Hero's commitment to refreshing its popular bike lineup.

The Hero Splendor is a top-selling motorcycle globally, with significant sales in India. On average, between 200,000 to 250,000 units are sold monthly in the country. This popularity underscores the bike's strong market presence and consumer preference.

Hero Motocorp Updates 2025 Splendor Motorcycles

To maintain its competitive edge, Hero Motocorp regularly updates the Splendor range. The upcoming 2025 models are part of this strategy. The company aims to keep its offerings appealing to Indian consumers by introducing timely enhancements and updates.

The 2025 Hero Splendor Plus and Super Splendor have been seen on test runs without camouflage. The Splendor Plus was spotted in black and red, while the Super Splendor appeared in an all-black finish. It's anticipated that Hero will introduce new paint options for these models.

While the overall design might not see drastic changes, new graphics could be introduced. The Super Splendor will retain its 18-inch alloy wheels. However, significant updates are expected in the engine system to align with new emission standards.

The 2025 Hero Splendor bikes will comply with the latest OBD-2B emission norms. A new device will be installed on both the Splendor Plus and Super Splendor models to continuously monitor emissions, ensuring they meet environmental standards.

Current Variants and Pricing

Currently, the Hero Super Splendor is available in two variants: drum brake and disc brake. These are priced at Rs. 81,098 and Rs. 85,698 respectively, ex-showroom. The bike is offered in five different colour options.

The central government has significantly reduced air pollution from motorcycles through stringent regulations. Consequently, Hero's updated Splendor models aim to provide eco-friendly transportation without a substantial price increase.

DriveSpark Thinks

Hero Motocorp's ongoing efforts to update its popular bikes reflect its dedication to meeting consumer needs while adhering to environmental standards. The anticipated changes in the 2025 models highlight this commitment without drastically affecting affordability.
