Launched on the 5th of this month, it has already amassed around 50,000 bookings within two weeks. This overwhelming response highlights the eagerness of Indian consumers for this new model. The Tesseract is designed to meet global standards and offers advanced features that set it apart from other electric scooters.
Initially, Ultraviolette priced the Tesseract at ₹1.20 lakh for the first 20,000 customers. However, due to the unexpected surge in demand, with over 20,000 bookings in just 48 hours, they extended this offer to 50,000 customers. Now that these slots are filled, future buyers can expect to pay ₹1.45 lakh. Despite this price increase, interest remains high, with pre-booking available for ₹999.

The Tesseract is packed with innovative features like a mirror equipped with dashcam and radar capabilities. This helps riders easily identify blind spots. It also includes lane change and overtaking assist, along with real-time collision alerts and traction control. These features make it a standout choice in the electric scooter market.
Another notable feature is its 7-inch touchscreen TFT display with a multi-colour LED screen. The ORVM is integrated into this display, a unique offering not found in other Indian electric scooters. The scooter can travel up to 261 km on a full charge and boasts an electric motor delivering a maximum power of 14.7 kW.
The Tesseract's introduction has stirred the Indian electric vehicle market significantly. Its advanced features and competitive pricing have positioned it as a formidable competitor against other electric two-wheelers. The ongoing pre-booking phase indicates sustained consumer interest, with deliveries expected early next year.
