Ultraviolette Launches F77 MACH 2 RECON In Europe Through MotoMondo Partnership

Ultraviolette, a Bengaluru-based electric bike manufacturer, is pioneering the production of electric superbikes in India. Currently, the company offers only the F77 model. Recently, Ultraviolette unveiled two new models: the Shockwave electric bike and the Tesseract electric scooter. However, pre-orders for these models will not commence until 2026, leaving the F77 as the sole available option for now.

Ultraviolette is actively working to expand its reach beyond India. The company has been focusing on establishing a presence in international markets for several years. Given the premium pricing of the F77, Ultraviolette sees potential in European and American markets. This strategic move aligns with their goal to increase vehicle sales and global presence.

Ultraviolette Expands to European Markets

Ultraviolette's entry into England marks a significant step in its international expansion strategy. The company has partnered with MotoMondo to facilitate this move. MotoMondo will handle the import and sale of Ultraviolette bikes in England and the Benelux region, which includes Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This partnership underscores Ultraviolette's commitment to bringing Indian vehicles to global markets.

The decision to enter these European countries involves manufacturing bikes in India and exporting them for sale abroad. MotoMondo's role is crucial as it ensures the safe importation and distribution of Ultraviolette's electric bikes in these regions. With over 25 years of experience, MotoMondo is well-equipped to manage this task effectively.

Initially, Ultraviolette will introduce the F77 MACH 2 RECON model to Europe. The introductory on-road price for this model is set at €8,499, which translates to over ₹8.24 lakh in Indian currency. This price is notably higher than its cost in India but is considered competitive for European customers.

This special pricing will be available until June 30th. After this date, the price will increase to €9,399 (approximately ₹9.12 lakh). The introductory offer aims to attract European buyers by providing an appealing entry point into Ultraviolette's product lineup.

MotoMondo's Role

MotoMondo has established a robust sales and service network across Northern Europe over its 25-year history. This expertise makes it an ideal partner for Ultraviolette's European venture. While some may view the F77's price as steep by Indian standards, it aligns with market expectations in Northern Europe.

DriveSpark Thinks

Ultraviolette's strategic partnership with MotoMondo reflects its dedication to expanding its footprint in key European markets. By leveraging MotoMondo's experience and network, Ultraviolette aims to successfully introduce its electric bikes to a broader audience outside India.
