TVS Ntorq 150 Launched At ₹1.19 Lakh: India’s Quickest Scooter
Indian two-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor Company has launched the Ntorq 150 at an introductory price of ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Bangalore). The new TVS Ntorq 150 is positioned as the country's first hyper sport scooter and rivals the likes of the Yamaha Aerox 155 and the upcoming Hero Xoom 160.
The TVS Ntorq 150 draws power from a 149.7cc, three-valve, air-cooled engine producing 13.2PS at 7,000rpm and 14.2Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm, which is mated to a CVT gearbox. The Ntorq 150 accelerates from 0-60km/h in 6.3 seconds and has a claimed top speed of 104km/h, making it India's quickest scooter.

The new Ntorq 150 chassis is based on the one that underpins the Ntorq 125 platform with revised spring rates and damping. The Ntorq 150 rides on 12-inch alloy wheels and features telescopic front suspension and a rear monoshock. Braking is handled by a front disc and rear drum, with single-channel ABS offered as standard across variants.
The Ntorq 150's styling draws inspiration from stealth aircraft. There are Quad LED projector headlamps high on the front apron along with LED DRLs with integrated indicators, and a split taillamp with the distinctive Ntorq design. Other highlights include aerodynamic winglets, a naked handlebar, complimentary coloured alloys, and a stubby muffler.
The forward-biased posture of the Ntorq 150 is paired with sport-tuned suspension and lightweight alloy wheels. The scooter also features jet-inspired vents that enhance coolingand it also sees the debut of adjustable brake levers in the segment.
Technology is anchored by a hi-res TFT cluster featuring over 50 connected functions via the TVS SmartXonnect app. Riders get Alexa support and smartwatch integration along with vehicle live tracking, turn-by-turn navigation, last parked location, social media alerts, customisable widgets, and over-the-air updates.
Safety features include traction control, crash and theft alerts, hazard lamps, emergency brake warning, and follow-me headlamps. Comfort is improved with telescopic suspension, an E-Z centre stand, and a large 22-litre under-seat storage space. The focus remains on balancing everyday usability with high-performance capability.
Two variants of the scooter are offered. The standard Ntorq 150 comes in Stealth Silver, Racing Red, and Turbo Blue, while the TFT cluster-equipped version is available in Nitro Green, Racing Red, and Turbo Blue. Bookings have opened nationwide with deliveries scheduled to begin shortly.
