The TVs Ntorq 150 sports the smallest engine among the three scooters with its 149.7 cc, air-cooled, three-valve engine that delivers 13.2 PS and 14.2 Nm of peak torque. The Hero Xoom 160 offers the largest engine among the three with its 156 cc, liquid-cooled engine rated for 14.6PS and 14Nm of peak torque. The Yamaha Aerox 155's engine is derived from the R15 and the 154cc, liquid-cooled powerplant kicks out 15 PS and 13.9 Nm of peak torque.

The Aerox 155, offers the most amount of power, while the Ntorq's powerplant is the most torque-dense of the trio. All three scooters sport CVT gearboxes.

All three scooters feature LED headlights and taillights. The indicators are LED as well on the Ntorq 150 but both the Xoom and Aerox feature halogen turn signals.
