TVS Apache RTX BTO Variant Introduced In New Viper Green Colourway - Costs Rs 5,000 Extra
Just days after the highly anticipated launch of the TVS Apache RTX, the company has revealed a new Viper Green Colourway for the top-spec BTO (Built-To-Order) variant. The new TVS Apache RTX 300 BTo Viper Green costs Rs 5,000 more than the standard BTO variant at Rs 2.34 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
Price Hike Details
The Apache RTX was launched at introductory prices ranging from Rs 1.99 lakh to Rs 2.29 lakh, depending on the variant. With the recent update, the BTO variant has seen the introduction of a new colourway, which costs Rs 5,000 more, while the Base and Top variants continue to retail at their original prices.

Variant-Wise Price & Features
The TVS Apache RTX is available in three variants - Base, Top, and BTO.
- Base Variant (Rs 1.99 lakh): Comes equipped with key features such as ride modes and cruise control.
- Top Variant (Rs 2.14 lakh): Adds premium features like Class D LED headlamps with DRLs, a 5-inch TFT display, and a bi-directional quickshifter.
- BTO Variant (Rs 2.29 lakh): The flagship model gets adjustable suspension and Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) for enhanced touring convenience. The new Viper Green Colourway costs Rs 5,000 extra.
Powertrain
At the heart of the Apache RTX lies the all-new 299cc RT-XD4 engine, first showcased at MotoSoul 2024. This liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine produces 36hp at 9,000rpm and 28.5Nm at 7,000rpm, making it TVS's second most powerful motorcycle after the Apache RR 310.
Despite its performance potential, the RTX is designed as an adventure tourer rather than a hardcore off-roader, targeting riders who prefer long-distance touring with a mix of comfort and performance.
DriveSpark Thinks
The TVS Apache RTX has generated strong interest since launch, thanks to its combination of performance, features, and value. With the introduction of a new colourway for the top-spec BTO variant, it now offers even more customisation options for adventure tourer customers in India.
