TVS Begins Apache RTX 300 Deliveries- Starting In Bengaluru
TVS Motor Company has begun deliveries of the Apache RTX 300 adventure motorcycle, starting with the first batch in Bengaluru. The bike is being produced at TVS' Hosur plant, near Bengaluru, which is why the city has been given priority. Deliveries of the TVS Apache RTX 300 will soon expand across India, and the company has ramped up production at a rapid pace.
The RTX 300 marks TVS's entry in the adventure motorcycle category. The motorcycle takes inspiration from the brand's Dakar Rally machine. By entering the ADV segment with the RTX 300, TVS gives buyers more choices while compelling competitors to deliver higher quality and value.
TVS Apache RTX 300 Details
The Adventure bike was priced aggressively, starting at 1.99 lakhs (ex-showroom), which is a great deal for new buyers as it offers best-in-class technology, top-notch safety equipment and a powerful 300cc engine. Enthusiasts were also very impressed with the ADV in terms of its offerings and price point.
The RTX 300 is completely designed based on their Dakar Rally bike. It has a tall and upright stance that gives it a commanding road presence, similar to Triumph or Ducati ADV motorcycles. At the front, it features a segment-first Class D LED headlamps with Dynamic& Auto headlamp control.
For off-roading, it gets adventure-oriented tyres that suit all terrains, offering superior grip. Additionally, the Apache RTX 300 is equipped with 41 mm USD forks with 180 mm of travel, paired with a rear mono-shock that also has 180 mm of travel. The Riders also get a switchable rear ABS and traction control. It features a high 200 mm of ground clearance, which can easily tackle every challenging surface.
The Apache RTX 300 comes equipped with a huge list of modern technologies, including a bi-directional quickshifter, cruise control, and a 5-inch TFT display with SmartXonnect app integration. It also has four riding modes (Urban, Rain, Tour, and Rally).
It is equipped with a 299cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that was newly developed by TVS. It produces 36 PS of power and 28.5 Nm of torque, mated with a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch system. The TVS Apache RTX 300 is claimed to be a top-value adventure motorcycle, bringing advanced tech and safety features that redefine the segment and shake up the market.
