India Bike Week 2025: Triumph Showcases Updated Trident 660
Triumph Motorcycles has showcased the newly updated Trident 660 at the India Bike Week 2025 event. This streetfighter naked motorcycle was updated globally in July 2025 with new colours, features and suspension setup. This latest updated model is more likely to be sold in India by 2026.
New Updates
The updates include a bi-directional quick shifter, a cruise control system and a new riding mode. The Bi-directional quick shifter allows riders to shift gears in both directions without needing to pull the clutch lever.

The cruise control feature helps riders maintain a constant speed during long highway rides. The new Sport riding mode gives the bike maximum power and performance. The Trident 660 already features Rain and Road modes.
Tech features
Triumph provides Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation, music and GoPro controls as standard. Additionally, it gets optimised cornering ABS and traction control, Triumph Shift assist, and My Triumph Connectivity.

Engine and performance
The Trident 660 is powered by the same 660cc in-line three-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, which produces 79.8 bhp of power at 10,250 rpm and 64 Nm of peak torque at 6,250 rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and a Slipper clutch system. The bike can achieve a maximum top speed of 212 km/h.
Safety and Equipment
The bike now gets new Showa forks that enhance the bike's handling and stability. Safety features include 310mm twin disc brakes at the front and 255mm rear disc brakes. The Trident 660 features 17-inch alloy wheels, Showa Monoshock with preload adjustment, 41mm Showa USD forks and a 14L fuel tank.

Additional features
The Motorcycle also features round LED lighting and a TFT connectivity unit. Additional accessories include a colour flyscreen, classic bar-end mirrors, an aluminium belly pan, engine and frame protection, a tank pad, a connectivity module, and a USB charger. The Track+ feature also allows 24/7 monitoring, as it is equipped with GPS, GLONASS, and 4G SIM connectivity.
Price and Colour
The bike is available in 4 colours: Jet Black, Diablo Red with Sapphire Black, Cosmic Yellow with Sapphire Black, and Cobalt Blue with Sapphire Black. The Jet Black model is priced at 8.99 lakhs (ex-showroom), and the other three models are sold at 9.14 lakhs (ex-showroom).
