Triumph Motorcycles Unveils Alpine& Desert Editions For Tiger Series

British bike brand Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled two special editions for the Tiger series. Alpine and Desert are the two special editions, and will be available for both the Tiger 900 and 1200. These special editions will feature distinctive paints and exclusive graphics inspired by Alpine air and desert flair.

The Triumph Bikes are available in four variants: GT Pro, GT Pro Explorer, Rally Pro, and Rally Pro Explorer (only with 1200). These Special edition bikes are based on the GT Pro and Rally Pro models. The special edition bikes are already available for the UK Market, and will be sold globally from January 2026. It is expected to arrive in India by mid-2026.

Tiger 900 Special Editions

The Alpine edition was meant to describe snow-capped summits and mountains. The Tiger 900 GT Pro Alpine Edition is finished in Snowdonia white and Sapphire black with Aegean Blue accents, inspired by peak snow summits.

The Desert edition comes in Urban Grey and Sapphire Black with bold Baja Orange accents. Both 900 models get a premium Akropovic Silencer and a 7-inch TFT display as standard. The Alpine edition gets engine protection bars and Marzocchi suspension, while the desert edition gets tank-protection bars and a fully adjustable Showa suspension for off-roading.

Both have the same 888cc liquid-cooled inline 3-cylinder engine. It produces a maximum power of 106.5 hp at 9,500 rpm and 90 Nm of torque at 6,850 rpm, mated with a 6-speed gearbox.

The Tiger 1200 Alpine and Desert editions feature two unique paint schemes. Alpine Edition comes in two colours: Satin Crystal White and Ash Grey. The Desert edition comes in Crystal White and Satin Grey.

Both editions in the 1200 models feature a radar-based Blind Spot, heated rider and pillion seats with grips, semi-active Showa suspension, 7-inch TFT display with connectivity features, and Lane Change Assist. The Tiger 1200 has a 1160cc liquid-cooled inline 3-cylinder engine. It produces 148 BHP power at 9,000 rpm and 130 NM of torque at 7,000 rpm with a 6-speed transmission.
