Top 10 Two-Wheeler Manufacturers: Nov 2025 - Hero, Honda & TVS Lead

India's two-wheeler retail market closed November 2025 with total sales of 25,46,184 units, lower than the 26,27,617 units recorded in November 2024. The year-on-year decline stood at 81,433 units, even as leading manufacturers retained strong volume shares.

Hero MotoCorp, Honda and TVS Motor Company continued to dominate the top of the retail charts, followed by Bajaj Auto and Royal Enfield. Electric two-wheeler makers also featured within the top ten, based on FADA retail data for November 2025.

Hero MotoCorp remained the market leader with retail sales of 8,86,002 units in November 2025. This was lower than the 9,17,174 units sold in November 2024, resulting in a year-on-year decline of 31,172 units. Market share stood at 34.80 per cent, marginally down from 34.91 per cent.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India ranked second after selling 6,06,284 units in November 2025. Compared to 6,57,115 units in November 2024, volumes declined by 50,831 units year on year. Market share dropped from 25.01 per cent to 23.81 per cent.

TVS Motor Company secured third position with retail sales of 4,45,617 units in November 2025. This marked an increase of 22,539 units over November 2024 sales of 4,23,078 units. Market share rose from 16.10 per cent to 17.50 per cent.

Bajaj Auto stood fourth with retail volumes of 2,58,585 units in November 2025. Sales declined by 46,668 units compared to 3,05,253 units sold in November 2024. Market share fell from 11.62 per cent to 10.16 per cent.

Royal Enfield ranked fifth with sales of 1,15,353 units in November 2025. This was higher than the 96,302 units recorded in November 2024, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 19,051 units. Market share improved from 3.66 per cent to 4.53 per cent.

Suzuki Motorcycle India held sixth position with retail sales of 1,04,638 units in November 2025. Compared to 92,548 units sold in November 2024, volumes rose by 12,090 units year on year. Market share increased from 3.52 per cent to 4.11 per cent.

Yamaha placed seventh after retailing 70,929 units in November 2025. This was up by 2,355 units compared to 68,574 units in November 2024. Market share edged up from 2.61 per cent to 2.79 per cent.

Ather Energy ranked eighth with retail sales of 20,349 electric scooters in November 2025. Volumes increased by 7,386 units compared to 12,963 units sold in November 2024. Market share rose from 0.49 per cent to 0.80 per cent.

Ola Electric stood ninth with retail sales of 8,402 units in November 2025. This represented a decline of 20,920 units compared to 29,322 units in November 2024. Market share fell sharply from 1.12 per cent to 0.33 per cent.

Greaves Electric Mobility completed the top ten with retail sales of 5,764 units in November 2025. This was higher than the 4,471 units sold in November 2024, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 1,293 units. Market share improved from 0.17 per cent to 0.23 per cent.
