EICMA 2025: Royal Enfield Unveils New Himalayan 750 Prototype
The Himalayan 750 is now official as Royal Enfield has unveiled their new mid-size adventure bike at the EICMA 2025 event. This bike will sit above the existing Himalayan 450. Once launched, it will become their flagship model.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 Prototype

For many months, we have seen glimpses of the RE Himalayan 750 being tested on indian roads. Now, it is official at the EICMA 2025 event, where Royal Enfield has showcased the Himalayan 750 prototype with the 'Testing in Progress' tag.
Design
The design looks very different compared with the Himalayan 450. It has a large fuel tank, semi-faired body, taller stance, uplifted tail section, and up-swept exhaust system. Overall, the bike looks to be more adventurous and rally-style than the regular Himalayan.
Engine
Himalayan 750 will also be the most powerful Royal Enfield bike as it is equipped with a new 750cc parallel twin in-line oil-cooled engine. The power levels could be between 55 to 60 bhp, and torque levels up to 65 Nm. It will most likely have a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch. This bike is developed on a new 750cc platform, and we expect more similar RE bikes to be built in the future.

Safety features
It has a new chassis, a redesigned headstock with a new subframe. It also has adjustable USD forks on the front and a monoshock at the rear. The bike is equipped with 19-inch tubeless wire-spoke wheels paired with twin front discs and a single rear disc. We believe Royal Enfield will bring out a touring variant with alloy wheels.
Other details
Some of the technology features include a round TFT unit borrowed from the current 450 model, which also has connectivity, navigation, cruise control, and dual-channel ABS. The prototype design looks more rugged, and it is still under testing. We expect the bike to make its debut in India by late 2026 or early 2027.
