The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750's alloy wheel variant has been spotted for the second time undergoing testing, revealing more details of its near-production design ahead of its expected debut at EICMA 2025.

The latest test mule of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 displays several new additions that indicate the upcoming flagship Adventurer Tourer model's readiness for final production and its potential more touring-oriented focus.

This latest Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 alloy wheel prototype seen testing features crash guards, a saree guard and a protective cage surrounding the fuel tank. Also seen is a remote preload adjuster for the rear suspension, positioned beneath the subframe on the left side.

The tyre setup on this mule of the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 shows a distinct road-oriented pattern, replacing the knobby off-road rubber seen on the spoke-wheel version.
A circular TFT display as already been spotted on a previous test mule Royal Enfield Himalayan 750, which will support smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation.

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 will likely use a brand-new 750 cc parallel-twin engine, derived from the brand's 648 cc platform. The engine is expected to produce around 50 bhp and 60 Nm of torque and will come mated to a six-speed gearbox with improved gear ratios for touring performance.

Other details visible on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 include a rear luggage rack, integrated tail indicators, split seats and an upswept exhaust. Suspension duties on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 include upside-down front forks and an adjustable rear monoshock, possibly supporting tubeless tyres for both wheel variants.

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 alloy wheel variant is expected to make its global debut at EICMA 2025 in Milan in Early November, followed by a public appearance at Royal Enfield's Motoverse event later the same month. The Himalayan 750's market launch is likely to take place soon after the Motoverse event in Goa.
