Motoverse 2025: Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Launched At ₹ 3.37 Lakh
Royal Enfield has launched the Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition at Motoverse 2025 in Goa, adding a new accessory-equipped variant to the adventure motorcycle lineup straight from the factory.
Priced at ₹3.37 lakh (ex-showroom, India), the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition brings cosmetic updates and functional accessories without altering the motorcycle's core mechanical package. The Himalayan 450 Black Mana was first revealed at EICMA 2025.

The Mana Black Edition uses an all-black treatment with dark grey camouflage graphics across the fuel tank and body panels. Royal Enfield has given the Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition a more purposeful rally-influenced appearance through a flatter single-piece seat design, updated tail section and integrated accessory set built for tougher riding environments.
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition's seat height stands at 860 mm, which is slightly flatter than the standard variant to support off-road transitions and easier rider movement. The redesigned tail section not only changes the visual stance but also brings a marginal reduction in kerb weight. The Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition now weighs 195 kg, one kilogram lighter than the outgoing top trim.

A key highlight of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition is the inclusion of factory-fitted tubeless spoked wheels. These wheels improve long-distance practicality and simplify puncture repairs on remote trails, addressing a feature request frequently raised by riders using the Himalayan for extended off-road travel and touring.
Royal Enfield has equipped the Himalayan 450 Mana Black with reinforced knuckle guards supported by aluminium braces for better hand protection against debris. Additional protective panels are integrated into the design, ensuring the motorcycle maintains adequate coverage without the need for aftermarket accessories immediately after purchase.

Mechanically, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition continues to use the 452cc Sherpa engine producing 40 PS and 40 Nm. The six-speed gearbox with slipper clutch also remains unchanged. Suspension duties continue to be managed by long-travel USD forks at the front paired with a monoshock at the rear.
The price difference between the new Himalayan 450 Mana Black and the previous top-end Hanle Black variant stands at ₹17,354. Considering the inclusion of tubeless spoked wheels, protective equipment and the specialised cosmetic package, the additional cost positions the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition as a more complete option for enthusiasts seeking factory-ready off-road enhancements.
