Royal Enfield Achieves Remarkable Sales Growth In February 2025: More Than 80k Bikes Sold!
Royal Enfield, a well-known motorcycle manufacturer based in Chennai, India, has shown significant growth. In February 2025, the company sold 80,799 bikes in India, compared to 67,922 units in February 2024. This increase highlights the brand's expanding presence in the domestic market. Additionally, around 10,000 bikes were exported from their Chennai factory last February.
The Classic 350 model led sales with 30,641 units sold in February 2025. This marks an 8.23% increase from the 28,310 units sold in February 2024. The Bullet 350 followed closely with sales of 19,244 units, a substantial rise of 38.01% from the previous year's figure of 13,944 units.

The Hunter 350 secured third place with sales of 16,599 units. This represents a significant increase of 36.93% compared to the 12,122 units sold in February 2024. The Meteor 350 saw a decline, selling only 7,207 units compared to last year's 8,125 units, marking an 11.30% decrease.
In fifth place were the Royal Enfield 650 Twin models (Interceptor 650 & Continental GT650), which sold a combined total of 2,882 units last month. This is an improvement over the previous year's sales of just 2,270 units for these models.

The Himalayan adventure motorcycle ranked sixth with sales of 2,158 units. This is slightly lower than the previous year's figure of 2,278 units. The Super Meteor 650 followed in seventh place with sales reaching 1,183 units.
Among Royal Enfield's newest offerings are the Gorilla and Shotgun models. These bikes sold 621 and 264 units respectively in February this year. Despite being new to the market, they have started to make their mark among consumers.

Market Insights
Overall, Royal Enfield's lineup consists of nine models currently available for sale. While most models experienced growth in sales compared to last year, the Meteor 350 and Himalayan saw a decline. These trends reflect changing consumer preferences and market dynamics.
