Ola Roadster X Deliveries To Start This Friday! All Details Here
Ola Electric Founder and CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal has announced that the deliveries for the recently launched Ola Roadster X electric bike will commence this Friday. The announcement was made on social media platform X.
"Roadster X deliveries starting this Friday! Excited to see customers experience our bike," Aggarwal stated on X. The Roadster X is Ola's latest entry into the electric motorcycle segment, aiming to expand its footprint in sustainable mobility.
Design & Features
In terms of suspension, the Roadster X is equipped with telescopic front forks and dual shock absorbers at the rear. The motorcycle rides on an 18-inch front alloy wheel paired with a 17-inch rear alloy wheel, both featuring tubeless tyres for enhanced durability.
Each variant includes a comprehensive set of features such as brake-by-wire technology and tyre pressure monitoring systems. Additionally, they come with a 4.3-inch LCD instrument panel offering Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, reverse mode, and cruise control functionalities.
Battery Options & Performance
The Ola Roadster X offers three distinct variants, each with a different battery pack. These configurations include 2.5kWh, 3.5kWh, and 4.5kWh options. Despite the battery differences, all models are powered by a consistent 7kW mid-mounted motor.
The entry-level version features a 2.5kWh battery pack and is priced at Rs 74,999 (introductory and ex-showroom). It provides a range of 140km on a full charge and can accelerate from 0 to 40km/h in just 3.4 seconds, reaching a top speed of 105km/h.
Mid-Range & Premium Variants
Priced at Rs 84,999 (introductory and ex-showroom), the mid-range variant comes with a 3.5kWh battery pack. This model offers an improved range of 196km on a full charge compared to the base version. It accelerates from 0 to 40km/h in 3.1 seconds and can achieve a maximum speed of 118km/h.
The premium variant boasts a larger 4.5kWh battery pack and is available for Rs 94,999 (introductory and ex-showroom). It delivers the highest range of 252km on a full charge while maintaining similar acceleration and top speed as the mid-range model.
