Ola Electric Unveils Hyper Delivery Strategy For Same-Day Electric Vehicle Purchases In India
Ola Electric is tackling a drop in sales with a fresh strategy called "Hyper Delivery." This initiative promises customers the convenience of receiving their electric vehicles on the same day they register. Initially rolled out in Bengaluru, the program is set to reach other Indian cities, such as Chennai, in the coming months.
Customers can expect their electric two-wheelers within an hour of purchase, whether they buy online or at an Ola Electric dealership. This approach aims to cut down waiting times significantly. Ola Electric plans to expand this service to more cities during the first quarter of the new financial year.

The company is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate the registration process. Ola Electric has developed its own AI technology to ensure faster completion compared to traditional methods. This technological advancement is key to achieving their ambitious delivery goals.
Despite some doubts about the feasibility of this initiative in India, Ola Electric remains optimistic. They believe that by refining registration and delivery processes, they can meet the promise of same-day vehicle delivery.
Ola Electric has also started delivering its Gen 3 S1 series electric scooters. The lineup includes models like the S1 Pro, S1 Pro+, S1 X+, and S1 X. These scooters offer battery pack options ranging from 2 kWh to 5.3 kWh, providing a travel range between 95 km and 200 km per charge.
The pricing for these scooters varies from ₹79,999 to ₹1.69 lakh (ex-showroom). This diverse range aims to cater to different customer needs and preferences, enhancing Ola Electric's market appeal.
