Honda SP 125 & SP 160 Motorcycles Updated With New Features
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has introduced a TFT instrument cluster to its SP 125 and SP 160 models. These motorcycles now feature Bluetooth-enabled TFT meters, which, when connected to the Honda RoadSync app, provide turn-by-turn navigation. The Honda SP 125 is priced at Rs 92,678, while the SP 160 costs Rs 1,22,478. Both prices are ex-showroom.
The new TFT cluster displays essential information such as real-time fuel economy, range, average fuel efficiency, speedometer readings, fuel gauge, odometer, and trip meter. Additionally, it includes a gear position indicator. This enhancement aims to offer riders a more comprehensive riding experience by integrating modern technology into the dashboard.

Both motorcycles come equipped with an idle start/stop feature designed to boost fuel efficiency by automatically shutting off the engine during short stops. This feature is complemented by a silent starter that eliminates the jolt typically experienced when starting the engine. These advancements contribute to a smoother and more efficient ride.
In terms of design updates, the SP 125 receives refreshed graphics, while the SP 160 boasts a new LED headlamp. These cosmetic changes enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of both models. The combination of functional and visual upgrades ensures that these motorcycles remain competitive in their segment.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has also expanded its adventure motorcycle lineup with the launch of the 2025 XL750 Transalp. Priced at Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram), this model will be available at Honda's BigWing dealerships starting July 2025. The introduction of this model underscores Honda's commitment to offering diverse options for adventure enthusiasts.
In addition to adventure bikes, Honda has unveiled the 2025 CB650R and CBR650R middleweight performance motorcycles in India. Both models incorporate E-Clutch technology, allowing riders to shift gears without using the clutch lever. This innovation enhances riding convenience and performance.
The 2025 Honda CB650R is available for Rs 9.60 lakh, while the CBR650R is priced at Rs 10.40 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Deliveries for these motorcycles have already commenced. Opting for a manual gearbox can save buyers approximately Rs 40,000 compared to models equipped with E-Clutch technology.
