2025 Honda Hornet 2.0 Updated With New Features & Powertrain

The Honda Hornet 2.0 has undergone a significant update for the 2025 model, incorporating advanced features while adjusting to the latest emission standards. Priced at Rs 1.57 lakh, the newly revamped model carries an additional cost of Rs 14,000 compared to its predecessor.

This price hike is attributed to the bike's adaptation to the OBD2B emission norms and the introduction of innovative features like a TFT display and traction control, enhancing its overall appeal and functionality.

With the introduction of a 4.2-inch TFT display, the Honda Hornet 2.0 aligns with the technological advancements seen in other Honda models such as the Activa, Dio, and SP125.

This display not only offers Bluetooth connectivity and app support but also signifies Honda's commitment to modernizing its motorcycle lineup. The inclusion of traction control further positions the Hornet 2.0 as a more secure and reliable option for riders, highlighting Honda's focus on safety alongside technological enhancements.

The Honda Hornet 2.0's engine specifications have slightly changed due to compliance with the stringent OBD2B emission norms. The bike's 184.40cc engine now delivers a power output of 17hp and 15.7Nm of torque, experiencing a marginal reduction of 0.2hp and 0.2Nm. Despite these adjustments, the engine retains its core characteristics, coupled with a 5-speed gearbox that features a slip and assist clutch for smoother transitions.

Honda has made the 2025 Hornet 2.0 available in a palette of four colours, including black, red, blue, and grey. Among these, two are refreshed versions of previously available hues, offering buyers more aesthetic options. This variety in colour choices, combined with the bike's updated features, makes the Honda Hornet 2.0 a more attractive proposition for motorcycle enthusiasts.
