Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak Launched At Rs 36.17 Lakh - The New King Of The Mountain
Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has launched the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak in India. Priced at Rs 36.17 lakh (ex-showroom), the Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak arrives as the sporty road-focused flagship of the Multistrada range.
Deliveries of the new Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak will commence through Ducati India dealerships in the coming weeks. The Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak sits above the V4 S in Ducati's portfolio and targets riders seeking sport-bike precision in a tall-tourer format.

Powering the Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak is Ducati's 1,158 cc Granturismo V4 engine delivering 170 hp at 10,500 rpm and 125 Nm at 8,750 rpm. The Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak's engine incorporates cylinder-deactivation to reduce heat in low-load conditions and is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak adopts forged aluminium 17-inch Marchesini wheels with sport-spec Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa tyres. A single-sided swingarm and fully adjustable Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension provide electronically controlled damping for high-speed stability and corner precision.

Braking hardware on the Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak includes twin 330 mm front discs with Brembo Stylema monobloc callipers and a 265 mm rear disc. Cornering ABS, wheelie control, traction control and engine-brake control operate through a six-axis IMU. The Pikes Peak features a new Race mode that joins Sport, Touring, and Urban presets, offering sharper throttle response and minimal electronic intervention.
The Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak edition features repositioned rear-set foot-pegs and a lower handlebar. These changes result in a more aggressive stance compared to the Multistrada V4 S. The seat height is adjustable between 835 mm and 855 mm, and the Pikes Peak tips the scales at 239kg.

Visual highlights include a carbon-fibre front mudguard, two-tone Pikes Peak graphics inspired by Ducati's race livery, a darkened windscreen and contrast-cut wheel finishes. The 5-inch TFT display integrates Ducati Connect, Bluetooth pairing and a navigation overlay with turn-by-turn guidance.
Safety and touring equipment on the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak comprise adaptive cruise control, blind-spot detection, cornering lights, hill-hold control and a bi-directional quickshifter. Ducati's Vehicle Hold Control and radar-based rider assistance systems are standard.
