Discontinued Bikes In 2025: Harley-Davidson, KTM Duke, Royal Enfield Among Key Models

The Indian two-wheeler market is unforgiving, particularly for motorcycles that fall short on features, updates or right pricing. From 2026, several models in the indian market will be phased out, with manufacturers confirming plans to discontinue them by the end of 2025. Several Bikes from major brands, including Harley-Davidson, KTM, Bajaj, Honda, and Royal Enfield, are set to be discontinued.

Discontinued Bikes In 2025

Harley Davidson

Harley-Davidson X440 Denim base variant will be discontinued by the end of 2025. The brand has already instructed the dealerships to clear out the remaining models, and from 2026, it will no longer be available for sale. Recently, they launched a more properly designed X440T variant that features Ride by Wire, traction control, riding modes, a redesigned rear, and a new exhaust priced at 2.79 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Discontinued Bikes of 2025

BMW Motorrad

The German auto brand BMW Motorrad has decided to discontinue its two entry-level bikes, the Naked G 310 R and G 310 GS Adventure, in India. Now, the brand is preparing to launch its next-generation F 450 GS ADV, so it has decided to discontinue these two bikes. However, the G 310 RR will continue to be on sale as their sole entry-level bike in the Indian market.

KTM Duke & RC 125

There were already rumours about KTM developing a 160cc bike to rival the Yamaha MT-15. The discontinuation of the Duke 125 series confirms those rumours. These 125cc KTM bikes were sold as the entry-level bikes from the Austrian brand. From 2026, we won't see these two small-capacity bikes in India.

Discontinued Bikes of 2025

Bajaj Auto

Bajaj has already planned to stop production of its commuter models, including the Platina 110, CT125X, and N150. These bikes are positioned as affordable options but haven't found the right audience in recent times. As a result, Bajaj is revising its strategy and has decided to discontinue these lower-spec bikes.

Honda

Japanese automaker Honda has decided to stop the manufacturing and sales of its entry-level premium sports bike, the CB300R. Although the motorcycle offered decent specifications, its design and higher pricing failed to attract buyers. As a result, Honda has decided to discontinue the CB300R in India. In the commuter segment, the CD110 Dream is also discontinued.

Royal Enfield Scram 411

Royal Enfield has officially bid farewell to its long-running 411 platform in 2025. Following the launch of the Scram 450, the company has discontinued the entire 411 lineup, which had been on sale for many years. The Royal Enfield Scram 411 was the final model on that platform.

What's waiting in 2026?

Several new motorcycles are set to be launched as early as January 2026. These include models from brands such as Brixton Motorcycles, BMW, FB Mondial, KTM, and more. We are hopeful that these upcoming bikes will deliver better value, be priced competitively, and bring healthier competition to the Indian two-wheeler market.
