BMW G 310 RR Limited Edition Teased Ahead Of Launch - Limited To Just 310 Units
German two-wheeler manufacturer BMW Motorrad has released a teaser for a Limited Edition version of the G 310 RR. The BMW G 310 RR Limited Edition will be restricted to 310 units for the Indian market, with the production number deliberately reflecting the 310cc displacement of the bike.
The teaser image showcases a new paint scheme that sets the Limited Edition apart from the standard G 310 RR. BMW has not revealed the complete design, but the livery is expected to include new graphics and colour combinations aimed at enhancing its visual presence.

The BMW G 310 RR limited edition is expected to continue to use the 313cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine already offered in the standard G 310 RR. This engine produces 34hp at 9,700rpm and 27Nm of torque at 7,700rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch. However, there is a chance that this engine could feature the Apache RR 310's output of 37 hp and 29 Nm of torque.
Suspension hardware is set to be carried over unchanged, featuring upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock. Braking components include a front disc and rear disc setup supported by dual-channel ABS.
The Limited Edition retains the bike's rider-assist electronics, which include multiple ride modes. These modes adjust throttle response and braking intervention to suit varied riding environments. Features such as the fully digital instrument cluster are also expected to be part of the package.
The new limited edition could also borrow a host of feature upgrades from the Apache RR 310 like launch control, cornering drag torque control, Gen-2 Race computer, sequential turn signals, and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
BMW currently prices the standard G 310 RR at ₹3.05 lakh ex-showroom. The Limited Edition is expected to carry a higher price point owing to its restricted production run and cosmetic upgrades, though this could change depending on how much BMW cuts the prices of the bike, thanks to the GST reforms..
The G 310 RR shares its platform with the TVS Apache RR 310, manufactured at TVS's Hosur facility. Both motorcycles use the same engine and chassis, but BMW differentiates its version with distinct styling, branding, and premium positioning in the Indian sports bike market.
BMW Motorrad has not confirmed the exact launch date for the Limited Edition. The teaser suggests an official launch is imminent, but we do suspect that this is set to happen real soon with the festive season just around the corner.
