BMW F 450 GS Adventure Bike Launch Delayed Until 2026
The most anticipated product from the BMW-TVS collaboration, the F450 GS Adventure bike, won't be launched during the IBC 2025 event. The India Bike Week 2025 event will happen between December 19 and 20. But we won't see the German brand participating in the event.
The BMW F 450 GS is one of the most anticipated adventure bikes in India. It was co-developed by TVS and BMW Motorrad, and the bike will be manufactured at TVS's Hosur plant. This bike will also be exported to various Western countries, including the United States of America.

It will replace the entry-level 310 GS Adventure bike, and TVS is also planning to bring its own version of this bike in the future. According to some news reports, BMW won't be participating in the India Bike Week 2025, but the F 450 GS Adventure could be launched as early as January 2026.
BMW F 450 GS Adventure Bike Specs
The newly developed 420cc liquid-cooled parallel cylinder twin engine produces 48 hp of power at 8,750 rpm and 43 Nm of torque at 6,750 rpm. It features a 6-speed transmission with ERC (Easy Ride Clutch Technology), which eliminates the need to use the clutch while riding.

Additionally, it features X-LED headlamps, 6.5-inch TFT colour display with connectivity, traction control, heated grips, a high windscreen, adjustable handlebar levers and suspension system, 43mm USD Forks, Mono-Shock rear suspension, 4 Riding Modes, Switchable Dual-channel ABS and Shift Assistant Pro.
Globally, the BMW F 450 GS is sold in four variants. For India, we could expect some changes to be made in variants and features. The BMW Adventure bike is expected to be priced between 4.5 lakh and 5 lakh (ex-showroom). Its biggest rivals would be the KTM Adventure 390, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the Honda NX500.
